The 2018 Winter Olympics: How to train like Lindsey Vonn

Nightshift Sports:
Lindsey Vonn, one of the best downhiller racers of all time, is scheduled to run tonight, in prime time in NBC’s Winter Olympics coverage. Vonn has missed the last two Olympics due to injury, but she has come roaring back and is now, again, at the top of the food chain in downhill racing. If you want to know what it takes to be a World Cup Champion and Olympic Medalist, watch this short video to see how Lindsey Vonn trains.
The question for world class athletes is not necessarily about talent, but about desire to compete and be the best.
Do you want it–anything–bad enough to train like Lindsey?
