Good Morning, it’s Thursday morning, 2 November 2017 and this is the Morning edition of The Nightshift.
The White House is releasing (finally) it’s outline for the much touted Tax Reform bill. It faces plenty of opposition, from both Republicans and Democrats.
The Daily Grope: Add movie icon Dustin Hoffman, producer/director Brett Rattner and actor Jeremy Piven to the list of men who have been accused of sexual harassment.
What started as a trickle of accusations has grown to a flood.
The Houston Astros won the 2017 World Series with a 5-1 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers. The game was played in Los Angeles and Houston was fast out of the box, scoring in the first inning against the favored Dodgers, who could never get it going. It was Houston’s first World Series championship, and it could not have come at a better time for the city that was decimated by floods during Hurricane Harvey. Congratulations to all the Astros and the city of Houston on this win.
Today is National Men Make Dinner Day. Ok guys, have at it–and don’t take the easy way out and order take out.
