From Golf.com, an interesting, revealing, slightly-nostalgic look at the history of Nike Golf. This short piece is all the more relevant with the current dramatic changes in the golf equipment industry (Adidas is selling off it’s equipment brands, Adams Golf and Taylor Made, along with other non-Adidas branded soft goods). Industry spokespeople say the game is bouncing back, but when big equipment suppliers pull back, something is not in balance.
